Shishapagma, famously known as ‘Gosainthan ‘ which denotes ‘the holy place’, is a mountain located in China elevating 8,027m above from sea level. The Tibetan name for the same peak is Xixapagma meaning ‘the mountain overlooking the grassy plains’ and holds great holy value.
